At Brigade, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
